Went to Snow city with my family yesterday at Jurong.
My bro was excited to enter. So was my sis.
But momi and me were not keen to go in.
We went in. Took a look at the place.
Cause we've never been there.
A bit "toot" of me. Hahaes.
We followed my dad around.
Saw him disappearing into the crowdy area.
And we followed.
At first we didn't know it was an no entry area after you've paid the tickets.
So my momi followed my dad.
I followed her around followed by my sis.
Suddenly a stupid guy in his 40s bellowed: Heys! Heys! Have you paid your ticket? You haven't paid, you can't enter."
So I called out to my momi.
This stupid RUDE guy yelled out "madam, madam. You cannot step in here without paying tickets."
I was so damned angry.
Is this the kind of customer service that they provide here?!
He should have just tell us nicely.
Besides, that's the first time we've been there.
He totally embarrassed us in front of other visitors.
What the hell!
Stupid Snow City!!! Stupid service.
If I'm the tourist I'll definitely have a bad impression on Singapore's customer service.
For god's sake,
show the stupid guy some customer service before attending to us, the customers!
He did not use customer friendly language and he definitely did not treat US with customer warmth!
Dad didn't want to go in too.
Cause after viewing the snow area, he felt its not worth it.
He comment that the area was small and it was not that fun to play.
We went off to have our lunch some where else.
Was 5 something when we reached IMM.
Momi says there held some bug exhibition.
So we went and took a look.
The butterflies were colorful.. ^,^
The wings were kind of like reflector. Like the ones on the car.
The bugs were so HUGE. This is a giant wasp. And some sort of giant cockroach below it.
