Yesterday had an eye-opening experience on a traditional malay wedding invited by my friend. It was her elder bro who had gotten married. It was fun. I saw the decorations of the combinations of flowers and silk cloth in black, red and cream colors. There were 4 of us who attended the wedding. Mel, Nad, Steph, Azila and me!

Once we reached the venue, we were welcomed by Yahti and her sisters. She has a sister who look very much alike to her. Even their eyeliners were drawn in a same way. Both flick at the end. Hahaes. We ate malay cuisines and finger food like kueh and other assortments. There were even "welcoming" presents to guest. Some were ketupat box (which I don't know what contains inside..) and a sweet transparent box which held a folded towel. I got the later one. I should've ask Yahti what's the ketupat one. Lols. But I guess I might be thick skin.

We even saw some special dance by the bridegroom's friend. They dance a traditional dance before shaking upon the groom's hand and dance and eyed the bride before backing away. This lasted about 15 mins as there were 4 to 5 people. Then they proceeded to seat on the couple seat situated at the stage. I heard that they have to be seated there for 6 hours. Shudder* My god. By the time, their bottock must have felt temporarily paralysed. We took 2 photos with Yahti that day. Its currently stored in Mel's camera. So I guessed she'll send me. Once she send, I'll post in in my blog then.

Nad had to leave early due to her job. The 3 of us left at about 4pm. Mel, Steph and me went Far East to shop while Azilah had to leave to attend her friend's birthday party. While shopping at Far east, at some point we went to the toilet. I had a shot of pain from the right side of my waist. The pain was too unbearable that I fall on the floor of the toilet. I thought it had something to do with over standing or might've been the slimming pills. Anyway. I'm better now cause i went to visit a doctor at the polyclinic this morning. The doctor diagnosed that I had an urine infection. Well.. lucky me. She advised that i drink lot's of water.

Yeah. That's that. So many health problems arising recently.. -.-
