The instant sushi rice maker. Its my first time seeing this equipment. My sis told me that you won't find this anywhere in Japan because it's a disrespect to the traditions of the Japanese. They really enjoyed using their hand to mold the rice instead of using short cut method.
Tada! The end product. Efficient and fast right? And the chef just have to place the different toppings at the top of the pre-moulded rice. I'm not even sure they should be termed as a chef. Cause everything has been prepared in advance or the ingredients used are those instant frozen meat items. Even the presentation for the sushi is kinda bad. I've spotted most of the sushi are positioned unevenly on the plate. :( Worst of all, their hygiene standard sucks! You can spot houseflies flying around and landing on the pre-mould rice, the salmons and etc.
Gochisosama desu ta! And that's the end of our meal.
