Hello! Recently I've been busy with my internship. I'm working at ahem ahem. I think its not good to advertise the name here. Anyway, so far so good. My colleague has been treating me fairly good. Except for the buddy system which were so messed up during my previous first 2 weeks. As each different colleague has he or her tactic of checking in and out guests thus its hard for me to find an appropriate SOP among all.

Additionally, I felt helpless working for the first few weeks as my standard of checking in/out of guests were still not that up to standard. I haven't totally master my product knowledge yet and there are still lots of stuff to learn. This makes me feel implausible towards the guests i attended to. When i say product knowledge, it doesn't just stops at the information about the hotel and the raffles city shopping mall. I had to extend my learning towards the attractions of Singapore as well. Well mostly the popular ones. And i also had guests asking about the nearest available Apple (Mac) shop closest to the hotel.

But throughout the weeks, I'm doing fine. I'm slowly seeing some improvements even though there are lots of things to catch up on. By the way, did i mentioned i passed all my exams? Yessss! I did! I'm so happy about that. Anyway, the results were received 3 weeks back ago so the enthusiasm has already faded.
